We are committed to making our collections accessible to all visitors. Please find details on our facilities, parking, and support below.

Level Access: The main entrance has level access directly from the car park.

Accessible Parking: There is a dedicated accessible parking bay near the main entrance. If occupied, several additional accessible bays are available in the car park.

First-Floor Access: The museum is set over two floors and a stairlift is available to reach the first floor. Please ring the black bell at the front door on arrival, and a steward will be happy to assist you.

Accessible Toilet: Located on the ground floor.

Induction Loops: Hearing induction loops are installed in the reception area and in room 10.

Digital Guide: Our free Bloomberg Connects digital guide includes built-in accessibility features such as voiceover, captions, audio transcripts, image zoom, alt text, and adjustable font sizes to enrich your visit. Download the app to enjoy these facilities.

Assistance Dogs: Assistance dogs are welcome throughout the museum. Due to our open displays, we are unable to admit pet dogs.
